The small print

Prices are fixed and cannot be altered

A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date, this is will be deducted from the remaining balance which will be due at least 8 weeks before the wedding.

Quotes

Should you not accept your quote within 1 month and there is a price change, you will be provided with a new quote with new prices.

Once the quote has been accepted, services cannot be removed, the original price will stand

Assistant

I can carry out ALONE 5 services, this is solely dependent on time scale given to me (ceremony times, room availability etc) Should times be tight i will require an additional artist which will have an additional cost. In the event i am unable to find an additional artist i would recommend you sourcing your own.

Should my second artist cancel and i am unable to find a replacement, i will recommend you sourcing an additional artist .

Trials

Trials are to take place between 10am - 1pm due to lighting and for a realistic duration of wear

Trials should take place no later than 2 months and no earlier than 4 months before the wedding date.

Trials should be paid at least 7 days before the date of trials

Trials will take place at Charlotte’s home address in ME3

Bank holiday dates will have a surcharge of £75

Trials are to take place on weekdays, should you need a weekend date, an additional charge of £50 will be added - these dates are limited and reserved for weddings and occasions so should be requested in ample time.

Travel

Travel will be charged from 10 miles from my home address covering petrol, time & kit.

Location

Exact location of event must be given at time of booking, if this changes, i must be notified asap due to other arrangements i may have that day.

Parking

Parking and toll charges MUST be paid PRIOR to the wedding/Event by client.
Immediate Parking MUST be provided

Cancellations/Amendments

If original date of wedding is changed you may be required to pay the new increased prices of that year (there is some leniency with re to Covid but within reason)

In the unfortunate event that your wedding has to be cancelled, at least 2 months written notice must be given.

 In the case that less than 8 weeks notice is not provided, 50% of the wedding cost will be payable .

Photos

If you wish to not have your wedding photos not published on my socials or website, written notice must be provided before hand.

Please provide your photographers details so i can credit them in my posts etc.

Illness/Contraindications 

Should anyone in your party have an illness/contagious illness/contraindication, i have the right to 

refuse application and this will not be refunded due to hygiene and contamination of myself and my kit.

Prep

Hair / extensions MUST be prepped before my arrival, i ask that all hair is freshly washed AND DRIED the night before,

Should hair need untangling etc this will take extra time meaning potentially not everyone being able to have the full time allocated or touch ups not being able to be carried out, therefore i have the right to refuse anyone until their hair/extensions are manageable/curled etc.

Any skin conditions/allergies etc MUST be reported to Charlotte prior to application, test application may be required

Ample space & time must be provided. 

Good lighting, plug sockets, table space etc all help with a smooth running of your wedding morning.

Damage

In the unfortunate event that my kit is damaged/used without consent by yourself or your party/child - you may receive an invoice for each item damaged

For bookings where I am required for 4 hours or more , a light snack and drink would be greatly appreciated to help fuel me :o)
